Order Dispatch
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday between 1pm and 4pm. Orders Placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 days. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out within 1-2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent at 1pm on Monday, or Tuesday at 1pm if it was a bank holiday weekend. In 95% of cases delivery is achieved next day.
Order Packaging
We understand discretion is very important to all our customers. All orders are dispatched in white envelopes or brown boxes with no company logos, just a return address at the back. Your Invoice will be inside the parcel.
Shipping Cost
All domestic orders are being shipped for FREE, no matter how big or small the order is.
Shipping & Return Policy
In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days.
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken. A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.
Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorization.
Please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we cannot accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we cannot process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorization being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
